Why are you Playing Garry's Mod?

I play Garry's Mod since I fell in love with TTT. There's just something about it that many newer games fail to capture.

I discovered Garrys Mod back in 2008 when Gmod10 was very fresh. Fell in love with it because it served so many great Stargate Addons, which made a unique game experience. But I guess nowadays it is mostly favorite for the different Gamemodes.

I bought the game for DarkRP. :lol: But after a few hours I started to understand how the servers working and i started developping a server with my friends. The possibilities are almost infinite to have fun

There's so much to do! Look, I'm trying to make a guy hate French gmod!

Funny story, Garry's Mod was gifted to me by a friend. I've been hooked on it, and played for a total of 1000 hours.
It's been really addictive and i mess around with friends in sandbox, or I just hop into a Jailbreak server and have some fun there.

This game is a place where you can be always free(singleplayer),and do whatever you want.There is a ton of really nicemods,addons ,maps,and other interstingstuff.

Purely for wiremod in sandbox servers.
The nostalgic feel of bringing lua to life.
Its always awesome to see what crazy contraptions people can design and build.

Personally, it has to be the big expansive workshop. Around 1.4 mil workshop uploads (that's including saves and dupes, which I agree, are mostly trash), and you've got a game that really doesn't stop being fresh. It has a dedicated community that just keeps creating for the sake of having fun and supporting each other on our online communities. Garry's Mod is just a fun, expansive, accessible and fun game.
