Why do people invest so much?

Well, one day in like 5 years that $5 can be like 5k or 50k you never know. If you invested 1k into btc last year you could have profited 19k if you sold it

It's all about experience and how big your hands are. More experience + more money, obviously you're going to get people buying in with way larger amounts. They can afford to lose said investment, yet they're choosing to take that risk. If you're smart about cryptos, you'll see 20-50% gains by the end of this year.

If you are experienced enough with these cryptocurrencies, you can decide whether it's time to sell and when to buy.

I invested a little bit money too. To be honest, I did only because of the money. And it ist working :D

I lost 12 grand, I started in crypto with 1k. Flipped it into 12 by buying the right coins then decided to gamble it away on Bitmex...
Bad idea, but I learned a lot about trading and technical analysis.

I honestly agree with you, I don't find investing money in bitcoin or digital currencies interesting or profitable. I know it can be for people that are super into it but the market for digital currency is way down at the moment.
