Why don't we have customizable genders in Gmod?

Usually games have the ability to customize the genders and to add various facial features, and more bodygroups; however, Gmod doesn't have these features.

Gmod only has the most basic stuff and it's very difficult to add customizations to models since it involves a lot of QC files and stuff like that.

Anybody know why we don't have customization, by default, in Garry's Mod?
