Well did anything happen to him like an arrest or something? Pretty dumb how they didn't notice.

I was thinking it was pretty dumb lol, they even took photo's of him at the finish, I suppose they have so many runners it is hard to keep track of them all, However they did remove the runner from the race and he stated that he lost his number, I expect they just would not expect this from somebody.
