while developing some bigger projects i agree to you but, in small stuff jquery is pretty good solution

Actually, it depends. Well you can say that jQuery actually has no use now but many still uses it. Web Devs still love jQuery for it lessens and saves their time coding when it is already in jQuery. And yeah, we have frameworks now, but there are still some which needs jQuery, like Materialize.
