Will Modern Warfare 2 be bad??

I have been worried what will happen with Modern Warfare 2 recently, since it seems as though developers are becoming more and more lazy. This has worried me into thinking that literally everything in MW2 2023 will be mini transactions. Anyone feel the same or have a opinion on it?
