Windows Xavier - Suit Concept

You can accomplish the start menu, you could just get a 3rd party start menu application. If you know Windows, you could then style it pretty easily. The rest of it is just custom icons.

As for the explorer, I don't like it but good job either way.

To some extent, you can accomplish the start menu. (Through the use of programs such as Start10 or StartIsBack). Though if you are to create a direct copy, you would need to change the system files. (Which is doable, just boring.)
