I am working on a game server UCP which grabs information from my mysqI database and dispIays them on webpages. I am not that good at making websites, so I wonder if anyone got a copy of one that I can use to make mine.

This one appears to be very well developed and open source. You could either learn from it or create a fork and build on top of it.
