maybe try the yakuza games? the last one is turn based so maybe you wont like that. If you are into challenging games try elden ring. So far i'm loving this game event though i have died so many times.
I'm a PC gamer myself, but some of my favorite games exist on both PC and Xbox. Such as Red Dead Redemption 2 or GTA 5 by Rockstar games. There are also many online games you can check out War Thunder or, my favorite, CS GO. I've spent more than 500 hours playing it for now. I'm not sure why I like this game more than the others. It's probably about rare and unique skins you can get there. I don't play so much now, but I still visit the game to sell or trade my skins in a csgo trading bot. The possibility of selling skins helps the game go beyond the virtual world and becomes more significant. You can make real money playing it and trading the skins if you're good enough.
