XenForo Resource Manager 2.0.1

Some of the changes include:

Display buttons relating to resource actions (watch, rate, etc) on all parts of the resource.
Don't display download links on the resource history unless the visitor has download permissions.
Remove the "s" accesskey from various locations as it can cause conflicts.

The following public templates have had changes:

xfrm_resource_extra
xfrm_resource_field
xfrm_resource_history
xfrm_resource_reviews
xfrm_resource_updates
xfrm_resource_view
xfrm_resource_wrapper_macros
xfrm_watched_categories
xfrm_watched_resources

Where necessary, the merge system within the "outdated templates" page should be used to integrate these changes.
