Xenforo 1.x or Xenforo 2.x skin that has a color picker script implemented

I am looking for a xenforo skin that has a color picker script implemented into it , i only found a skin called Carbon for 2.x that has it but it's not free.

If you don't know a skin can you please give me a color picker script that i can implement myself ? I searched but i only found ones that don't save the color you pick as a cookie or in localstorage.
