Xenforo error after friendly urls

I have just enabled full friendly urls for xenforo but when i click on the theme changer now it gives me this error.

Code:
The following error occurred:

Not Found

The requested URL /forums/misc/style was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Someone ha any idea how to solve this?

It is not existing. But before i enabled friendly urls it did work. So i was curious whats causing this since this folder is also not in the xenforo files
i just want index.php thing removed
