I like cheese generally but as all knows, cheese are imported and considered expensive across the board. One way to get to try all the available cheeses out there before buying untested ones, is to go for cheese tasting events when available. One such place where a wide selection of cheeses for tasting, is in Pan Pacific Hotel in Singapore during their afternoon brunch. If you are in your own country, you can explore for the same offers from various venues in your own city. Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses are my favorites.

Mate cheese is the best food on Earth. Every night i eat a plate of cheese sliced up DROWNED in Tabasco.
