Im into building rather than playing multiplayer for mods etc, please send your favourite building tools so you can help me for my further projects

I use stacker, precision tool, some material addons, mass center, wire, ball socket tool, smart weld, unbreakable, weight tool, smartsnap , sprop

Precision tool - it makes more easier to build things straight, unbreakable to make some furniture unbreakable (tbh it is very useful for hl2rp :D) and sometimes ruler tool to measure distances on props or on world things.

Precision tool and stacker tool make life so easier

Precision tool because it's the perfect tool to mbuild in gmod

advanced duplicator is legit so helpful to keep bases between servers

Stacker and Precision tool are obviously the most used tools... So convenient to build

Notepad. I'm old school. Wordpad if an image is involved.
