Your opinion about Garry's mod screengrabbers

Hello everyone, i am currently running a server and was wondering if i should start using screengrabbers to find hackers on my server. I don't want my community to turn back on me and would like to know what you guys think about screengrabbing in general ?

here's a couple ideas for your answers :

Do you think it invades people privacy ?

Does a server really need one or does an addons like cakes does the job ?

Is it really working or does it sucks ?

Should the server tell the player when it screengrabs is screen ?
