I've been smoking weed daily for the past 3 years and just recently I had to quit because my boss found out, he gave me a second chance saying I can keep the job so long as I quit, its been about a week and I noticed I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping. Is that a withdraw symptom or something?

It could be because youre breaking a routine that youve kept up for years. Its hard for me to fall asleep without some kind of routine- washing my face, brushing my teeth, changing into pajamas, reading a book.
I had to stop smoking for a while too and trying to sleep without smoking before bed took forever for me to get used to. Routine helped!

that actually makes sense, I'm going to start a new routine and see if that helps. I also had a friend recommend melatonin to me, i tried that last night and it was still hard to fall asleep but at least I got some sleep last night.

I guess this makes a lot of sense.. I can't sleep either until I've read a book or high enough to pass out..
Life is neither hard nor easy, fair or unjust, savage or civilized.. Life is neither good nor bad.. Life is life and everything is found in i, Good or Bad..
