what is the best webhosting that allows you to post web booters and email bomber tools

I use free web host site like profreehost. (Com). Dont like paying.

I have used quite a few hosting services in the past, Arvixe isn't bad and it's relatively cheap. Don't use Host Gator they get hacked more than Facebook.. Dreamhost is nice but lacks certain features.. that's about all I can recall atm..

you should take a look at blue angel hosting, tey are super cheap, I pay $7 for quarterly and they allow just about anything

$7 Quarterly, so every 3 months? If so that's not bad.. might have to check them out myself.

Damn I'll have to look into it.. I'm currently paying roughly $240/yr for what I'm using now..
