get anything that is HP with a intel processor that is above an intel i5

it depends on your budget! the min spec will be I5 9k series, 8gb ram, 2gb graphic card and SSD

if you are searching for a gamning laptop i recommend an msi but i dont know how much money do you have so do what you want

If you really want a something portable then go for a laptop but if portability isn't the main goal then you should just build a pc mate
