Configuration
All configuration is done in-game through !notify (or the command in the config). The only things configured in the config file are:
Chat command to open the menu (default !notify)
Ranks which are able to open the menu and submit notifications
Whether everyone on the server can access the menu regardless of rank (only the staff ranks will be able to submit though, so these are only local notifications), allowing players to customize their own notifications on their own client.
Whether to use FastDL or workshop for the icon downloads

Thanks I will try this because I cant seem to find a modern notifications add-on, hopefully no backdoor and im too lazy to check.
