can credits be donated from one user to another? genuine question

if so, could anyone with a lot of them donate them to me i need to get some graphics out there but i don't wanna spam. also i think it would be great if we created a group that people would donate their credits to whoever wins a competition

like the challenge is: draw the most perfect square you can in 10 seconds. then the winner donate a few credits yk?
