did anyone else ever get hacked??

THIS IS SO AWKS but yeah basically i got hacked and lost access to my account LMAOOAO i just wanted to ask if any of yall know what to do in this situation... is the only way to create a new account and sit through 10 minutes of gameplay till i can unlock the feedback option and then contact the customer service through there?
