either Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood or ERASED. Both are very good.

(edit) also, Banana Fish is good... it is a bit wird though.

Elfen Lied was really awesome, also Higurashi no naku koro ni and not well known but awesome was shinsekai yori....but elfen lied is No.1
