So i need a plugin where you can select an area where no body can fly and you have any suggistion

Any simple border plugin (like World Guard or World Border) can set areas like this, you just have to find the command nodes.

Try WorldGuard Fly Flag, WorldGuard Fly Stop or NoFlyZone.

antiworldfly maybe idk you can disable fly in worlds never tried it tho

It's a matter of regions and powers in it (Worldguard)
you can block it with a command
/ rg flag (region) fly deny

Worldguard is good for this. You can set no fly zone, no explosion zone etc.
