Whats everyones opinion on serious roleplay on garrys mod? The last serious rp i remember was SantosRP that came out a few years ago but has since died. Anyone have any servers they still play on or wish was up?

I prefer a free rp, so not too serious rp, meaning that I prefer DarkRP...

SeriousRP is alright, but it gets dry quickly as most of the high-ranking positions are just handed out to the owner's friends.

If server managers ain't dicks, then usually you'll have a great time roleplaying on GMOD.

Serious role-playing in DarkRP sucks in my opinion, such a trick takes away all the fun of the game in terms of ridiculousness. I respect people's statements that it is better because everyone has the right to express themselves, right?
To sum up, I saw the servers collapsing due to serious RP, so in my opinion it is simply weak

I like the idea of serious roleplaying but admins just makes it impossible, i prefer to go on anarchy servers, usually they have better serious rolepleys.
