how much time do you spend on your phone a day?

Thats a easy considering i spend most of my waking hours on my phone.

i spend 3-4 per day, it's depend if i am at work or at home

According to screentime about 3 hours

2 hours on social media and 1 hour on gmail/imessage/other boring shit

A LONGGGGGG time. Probably 3 hours a day at least. I'm trying to slowly cut back but its definitely not easy aha

Depends on the time of day and where i am at. If I am at home, maybe a few min here and there. But at work on break or lunch a decient chunk of the time to pass the time. (15 min break, 1hr lunch)

I know we all do alot. I probably spend too much time like 8 plus a day.

I would say around 2-3 hours. That's because I'm usually on my laptop instead.

An hour per day maybe, for sms or snapchat.... I do not like staying on my phone
