how much time do you spend on your phone a day?

how much time do you spend on your phone a day?, personally probably 3-4 hours

too much, probably 3-4 hours as well
when i sit in the train to work and look around almost nobody can't sit still without their phone out.

An hour per day maybe, mostly for music and youtube

To much..playing games.. Facebook and other sites. My GF IS pissed sometimes that i touch My phone More than her?

I probably spend max 3 hours tbh. I spend more on my work laptop and PC.
It's really going to bite my ass in the future.

im not overly addicted to my phone. so i probably only use it 5-6 hours a week.
so like 1 a day

little compared tyo my pc say about 40 minutes only

Phone not so much but my iPad is another thing altogether as I use it for my planner and stuff I constantly have it on my and in use while at work and then for personal things such as reading and playing games while at home.

Unless Im away from my computer, >1 hour. I use it for phone verifications and to check my email quickly. No other purpose unless I'm on a long trip or drive.

I spend about 2-3 hours a day. I deleted my social media accounts so I don't spend as much time.
