how mucj coffee do you drink a day

im trying to have 2 maximum
otherwise I'll get frowsey

I used to drink 4 cups, now just two.

one or two cups, i try to limit the caffeine through out the day

Honestly more of a tea person like 8 cups

I get two in the morning and I might drink another one later on in the day, although I am trying to reduce coffee. The third one might be a decaf.

I stopped drinking coffee due to the fact it makes me feel shitty when I first wake up

used to drink 3-5 a day, but quit 3 months ago. just green tea for me now :D

I usually drink 2 cups a day, it keeps me up and yeah, no overdose risk
