#1 how to learn lua or css any one is help me ?

CSS is a styling language. It's not something you program shit with.
Lua is old as fuck, there's no reason to learn it other then developing gmod -soon to be dead game- addons.
But if you really want it- watch some youtube tutorials.
I'd recommend learning other languages instead though, like C#. Or make a basic HTML+CSS website first.
