Easy to say then do it. Some people have a hard time saving and just like spending money. But, an easy way is to convert money into a currency that'd be a pain in the ass to convert such as crypto. Pretty much how I stop myself from spending a lot.

I had this problem with the app Wish. I had to delete the whole app...been wanting to redownload it though.

It all comes down to setting up your priority factor. No doubt, glitters are all around and our rational brain gives its all to justify the decision. But you must really make a priority list and spend accordingly.

I feel you man. It's especially bad when you don't have a source of income. Time to grow up, I guess...
