Practicing in aim servers helped me a lot. Never underestimate hardwork.

Practice offline and in workshops. Than go play competitive games. Dust 2 is the easiest map to learn IMO;

If I'm being honest community servers can help. Just be careful which one you join as you may get into a server with high ranking players. Hope this helps

Play lot of DM and use your microphone during game to give your teammates crucial info .

Don't whine when you are loosing . It's not over till it's xx : 16 . There is a comeback waiting in the corner always.

I used to be gold nova 2 now I'm MG1 I've been playing with friends and honestly thats what has helped my friend is a bit better than me 2-3 ranks above me but we play a couple of games together each day and I've been ranking up a lot when I play alone I get mad a frustrated but with him we are having fun top fragging together (I dont know smokes or recoil control just pull down and I've made it to MG1 you can too!)
