how use ftp?

You need to use Filezilla for example or any other similar like CuteFTP, ViperFTP, etc. Hope this helps, pls search on youtube, lot of results....

First u need a ftp program, then with passwords given you can connect and do changes.

If you have shared hosting you can try to search for something like webFTP or just download totalcommander, fillezilla and make sure you have all info to log in.

Like pretty much everyone else said, Filezilla is the way to go, super easy to use too!

filezilla is quite easy to use and running very well
if you re running chrome, then I recommand ShiftEdit
you can down/upload files, and also edit files directly on your host
it handdle git, versionning, and compare files

very useful, when you start use it, you dont want try somethinng else

install FTP client and login using ur FTP accounts !!
