PHP is a programming language that supports algorithms, logics, and database retrieval.

You cannot choose between them. they complement each other

HTML is used for structuration (So you can put everything in the block and stylize them with CSS), it stands for Hyper Text Markup Language.

PHP is a programming language that can have algorithms, logic and can retrieve data from the database.

Both are complementary, so none is better than the other one.

PHP is used for Logic part and Html is used for frontend part
