iOS 11 wtf

I dont know whats wrong with it it so buggy it keeps crashing when i goto the notes app

It was like this for me at first on my iPhone 6s (64 GB) but I restored it all from complete fresh and haven't had 1 single problem since then,
i'm running iOS 11.1.2
