i7-8700k. Now its the best gaming processor. Hyperthreading and good overclocking potential

truly depends on your budget. (the bigger the best in my opinion) go for a i5 for high performance gaming. for 4k gaming go for i7 Smile

You don't need a good CPU for 4k.
4k becomes a GPU bottleneck hell even an FX 8350 can do 4k, because of current gpu bottlenecks.
There'd be no difference between an i5, and i7 in 4k.

Depends, Intel I5 is what i currently have now and for me it runs fine for gaming and gaming only, If you're a streamer or youtuber i suggest I7.

If you want to game but you don't have much money i5 is the way to go but if you have more money and want 4K then i7

I have a i5-6600k and it gives me great performance, but if you want to do more streaming and heavy editing/ workloads then go for the i7 or the ryzen 7

It depends on what you want, even if you have money and it is small. Different

I run an I5 7500 Kaby Lake, which imo is the best unlocked 7th gen processor available. I game and don't run more than 2 monitors and feel like it's more than capable of handling my needs.
