depends on the phone u currently have tbh , i have a 13 pro max and it pretty much does the same stuff it does except for the performance , dynamic island , titanium , camera yk. so if u not a geek or just want a fresh phone wit a different colourway then u can get yourself a 15

Nah, the features are largely the same or comparable to the iphone 14, so if you have that you don't need to upgrade.

It really depends on which phone your currently have. If you have 14 then its not really a big jump unless you want dynamic island feature.
