is "IT" a good movie?

IT was a joke. The new Pennywise was good along with the opening scene, but then it turned into this drab coming of age movie. Utter shit.

The best horror film in recent times, the clown is memorable, the actors played well, the interesting plot.

The movie is really not that scary as people say. And in my opinion it's shit.
