Net neutrality is an already existing thing. The thing they're trying to do is get rid of it. Net neutrality is what is protecting us from ISPs reign of terror in micros transactions and stupidly overpriced internet.

Net Neutrality is the internets guiding principle: It preserves our right to communicate freely online.
Net Neutrality means an internet that enables and protects free speech. It means that ISPs should provide us with open networks and shouldnt block or discriminate against any applications or content that ride over those networks. Just as your phone company shouldnt decide who you call and what you say on that call, your ISP shouldnt interfere with the content you view or post online.
Without Net Neutrality, cable and phone companies could carve the internet into fast and slow lanes. An ISP could slow down its competitors content or block political opinions it disagreed with. ISPs could charge extra fees to the few content companies that could afford to pay for preferential treatment relegating everyone else to a slower tier of service. This would destroy the open internet.

It's not going to happen, this has been fought for many years, almost there to ruin Net Neutrality but never exceeds. This, "rich guy" isn't trying our shoes (poor people or mid-range of wealth). If he ends Net Neutrality, it's going to be a less profitable place then it already is. If you see already, there is so many things to do around the internet to make it profitable. You have sites like these, short url links that give you money. The guy is just retarded and money is shoved up his arsehole and he isn't thinking.

It's true that its been fought for years but it just seems that this year its more known about what Net Neutrality is and what it would be like without it.
