is squid game good?

It's great and deserves all the indications and awards that it won

You should try to watch Alice in Borderlands. The pitch is a bit alike but it's better to me. Squid game is good but a bit overrated

personally I liked the start was long but once started I loved it!

Depends. Is it a solid show? Yes. Is it worth the hype? No. If you're intro thrilling series, then give it a try. If not, don't waste your time.
