In my opinion, what makes the wither so hard to beat compared to the ender dragon is the fact that even if you have the right equipment for the fight, you still have to be careful taking moderate damage or else wither will inevitably sap your remaining hearts. The only way I know to combat this is with milk as all other potion effects technically, or to use a golden apple. Very annoying for a beacon!

No, for me the hardest is the wither. Hes fast asf and hard to hit. The enderdragon just does some loops and then goes back to the center

Really it depends the wither is really hard because of the wither 2 but you can just trap him.
