Gender is related to sex. There are only 2 sexes, but obviously there are rare genetic mutations that allow for both genitalia. You can also get surgery to feel like the other sex, but biologically you are still the same one.
If you identify yourself as something other than male or female, you're wrong. Just because you feel that way doesn't make it so, and that doesn't mean everyone else has to call you that.
