The Admin Stick offers an entirely new way to moderate people. Instead of having to type in commands all the time to do the simplest things, the Admin Stick is a sort of "moderation weapon". It's simple: look roughly at the player you want to moderate, and then press the left mouse button.
The idea for the Admin Stick was born out of the annoyance of having to type in commands all the time when moderating. I was getting sick of having to get the username right to avoid targeting the wrong player.
