This is an arresting overhaul that has police arrest criminals by physically takingthem to the Police Department.
Police have to make criminals come peacefully - or with force, via a handy Taser - to a Jailor, who will then arrest the criminal. Criminals can be bailed out by a friend (or by themselves), unless a police officer disables your bail.
