motd my own website/loading screen wont load?

my motd works but my own website stays white/black same with loading screen but other websites load?

my host meets the requirements of the bloody loading screen

like i don't understand what is this happening
i know it's host related but i don't know whats wrong

Try to reinstall the loading screen, or try a different one.

Try to ask the websites hosts support for help, we can't really do anything.
