I have MyAwards or OUGC Awards but I need a nice pack to use... Please let me know if you find any.

What do you mean in a 'nice pack'? Do you mean the icons?

If you ever need to resize an image you can either use Photoshop or my preferred site PicResize. Manages to keep the quality of your images perfect even after resizing them.
