i went to purchase the divine upgrade and there is a message that pops up with this you do not much the requirements why is this ? how do i match the requirements ?

Look at the account requirements.
You need the previous upgrades, 500 posts, 7 days online time, and a positive reputation before you can upgrade to Divine.

Beside that you can`t upgrade to Divine before upgrading to Prime and Supreme!
