I'm new to the forums so I still don't understand how I can download. apparently [You need at least 15 posts to unlock hidden content.] but I can't understand that line

U need to have 15 posts and 8 credits to download on this forum. What do u dont understand? :D

I have already created a post but it still says the same. What kind of post do I have to create?
