I would say it could be possible but it would be basically bribery. knowing a vac employee that is struggling and offering him a large amount of money could work. But this all is illegal anyway.

Sounds an aweful like a scam, but in this greedy world bribery is never out of the question. 5k just for a vac? a steam employee will help you and say its just an error on vac's end.
