This user double spent BTC. I know he double spent this is not the first time I have experienced this.

Please take some time to read over the Marketplace Guidelines as the deal was done off-site.
Additionally the user didn't meet the requirements to open a marketplace thread here anyways.
However, walaone do you wish to dispute this matter before you get the marketplace activity badge and/or banned?
