I would get B02 or WAW if you like zombies, they have good multiplayer also.

You should buy bo2 as a good story but if u want a newer game I advise u to AW3

for competitive gaming I would say try go for 200 fps.. for pure fapping material go for low fps ultra graphics. really makes a huge difference on competitive games when you have higher fps though. (also a good hertz monitor)
