Big NO to the live adaptation, but i like the vfx in this movie.

I think it's atrocious, and that wasn't even coming into the bias of the anime (though I had seen the anime years before the movie). There were several things that were just awful about the movie, though having not seen it after a year I've forgotten all of it, which is kind of proof in itself of how shitty the movie was. I mean if you liked the movie itself, good for you, but that doesn't mean the movie wasn't awful.

I would not say that it is terrible,but I really liked it, although the anime itself is not bad

Adaptation as Netflix's adaptation? Then it's a BIG NO. I didn't even watch half of it. Ryuk seemed ok but the rest of the artists were so unnatural, so forced. Bleh..

I actually thought Ryuk was the best part of that adaptation. Otherwise, it was a train wreck. Why is Light the Paper Towns guy? Why even??
